Sleeping Beauty!

This is a comforting night tonic, the routine of making it even creates a calming setting, it contains ashwagandha the beloved adaptive herb, nutmeg which can support sleep and relax muscles and the best is that comforts the agitated mind....and it taste like Christmas!!!

1 cup vanilla unsweetened almond milk ( you can use any other kind, next I will try it with coconut milk)

1tsp maple syrup

1/2 vanilla bean, or a little bit of vanilla 

1 tsp cinnamon 

1/4 tsp grated nutmeg 

1/2 ashwagandha powder

A pinch of salt 

Add all ingredients to a small pot , heat it on high and remove before it boils.

Now sit back, relax and enjoy this tonic one sip at the time !
