When I found out that coconut milk ice cream is so much yummier than regular ice cream( even organic), I knew I will be fine...then I discovered that my very occasional coffee is so much tastier with coconut oil than milk products...but there had been one breakup that I could just not get over it......I didn't know how to let go of this relationship...ahhh yes, the chocolate milk and I saga, knowing each other since like forever...how will I ever be ok?...I tried to ignore my feelings...I tried to forget...so I adventured out and tried to heal by trying different recipes...none of them worked...just wasn't the same relationship...when I was ready to give up, one day out of nowhere this new recipe was awaiting for me...was inviting, full of flavor, so promising...I was skeptical and scared...how could I just try again? What if this one will be just a let down like the others?...but I opened up my heart and adventured in this new relationship...soaked almonds ( I have also my my lazy way-unsweetened vanilla almond milk), dates and raw cacao powder all done in a blender ....what can I say, it was love at first sip.. and adding frozen strawberries just intensifies the love for it... .with the first sip I knew , me missing chocolate milk , it was only an illusion!!!...my inner kiddo went nuts for this milk ...so happy, so thankful, so satisfied...now I can let go of You chocolate milk, forever..our breakup doesn't hurt anymore! Now I understand that the No for you and I , meant a big and happy yes for me and my chocolate almond milk!!!
Your inner kiddo will really go nuts for this milk!
